Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in brand-new, unwashed condition.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
